    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Job Summary & Responsibilities:

     

    • Work for the co-coo and co-head for technology on content driven agendas
    • Work closely with the chief of staff to drive the strategy, key initiatives and projects of the Bengaluru Technology Division
    • Create, plan and manage content for various aspects relating to the duties performed by the coo office
    • Program management comprises a set of weekly, quarterly and annual responsibilities
    • Develop content for leadership to leverage for various purposes strategy, business planning, regional reporting and monitoring
    • Liaise with various divisions, BUs and disciplines as needed on variety of projects
    • Own/ co-own and execute management initiatives across the division
    • Branding and communication both internally and externally.
    • Manage leadership communication to the staff, and information flow into and out of the division/ region

    Basic Qualifications:

     

    • Post-graduation in business administration or computer sciences through recognised professional body and preferably graduation in technology or engineering
    • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with a minimum of 8 years of work experience
    • Strong program management skills, illustrated through multiple types of projects in cross functional areas
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
    • Openness for acquiring new skills and learning new technologies
    • Well versed with the global technology landscape and the changing trends in technology
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-through
    • Sound management judgement and potential to lead team in future
    • Motivated self-starter, inquisitive, enthusiastic with impeccable attention to detail
    • Courage to challenge current practice and initiative to suggest new ways of working
    • Ability to cope with multiple demands on time and prioritize accordingly
