    Digital Finance

    Digital Finance, a subdivision of CCBD, is composed of the firm’s digitally-led consumer businesses which include the global online consumer deposits business and the US online consumer lending business, the firm’s first-ever direct-to-consumer platform built from the ground up.     RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

     

    Job Summary & Responsibilities

     

    • Manage the development and direction of our emerging CRM strategy through customer lifecycle strategies and retention programmes, achieving our targets, whilst developing our customer’s loyalty.
    • Further create, develop and innovate the CRM roadmap to drive a best in class programme.
    • Responsible for the planning of the communications calendar and execution of all customer comms, ensuring all campaigns are built and delivered correctly, in a timely fashion, on brand and optimized for mobile devices.
    • Use Adobe Campaign to define, implement and evaluate CRM activity.
    • Lead the efforts to continually test, learn and improve our campaign segmentation, campaign evaluation and targeted messaging.
    • Use customer data to deliver valuable insights to the wider team, using learning to implement recommendations for future campaigns.
    • Support the set up and management of the relationship with our ESP, as well as other 3rd parties to drive innovation and testing.

     

     

    Skills

     

    • Experience working in a CRM role within financial services or consumer marketing
    • Experience in extracting and delivering segmented marketing campaigns, including an ESP.
    • Ability to implement customer profiling
    • Excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and install a passion for good CRM throughout the team.
    • Self-motivated, well organized individual with the ability to work effectively within a team.
    • Comfortable with metrics and motivated to utilize ongoing test and learn to fully optimize performance throughout all comms channels.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst continuously delivering high quality results.
    • Experience working with Adobe Campaign.

     

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in a relevant subject required
    • 2+ Years of experience required in roles of increasing responsibility, in an online, retail, direct to consumer environment
    • Prior experience in retail marketing required

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in financial services preferred
    • Experience in a startup environment
