    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    BUSINESS UNIT AND ROLE OVERVIEW

    We are seeking a Senior Talent Advisor for the Revenue Divisions in EMEA, covering an organisation of approx. 3,000 people. This is a permanent position with an initial maternity cover for the Senior EMEA Talent Advisor for the Revenue Divisions.  

     

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive and lead key people priorities, initiatives and HR delivery across the EMEA Revenue Divisions (Securities, IBD, IMD and GIR)
    • Provide leadership to the divisional Talent Advisor teams responsible for driving and delivering people priorities and initiatives, as well as the day to day HR support within their divisions
    • Lead for EMEA Securities Talent Advisor team - facilitate, drive and execute for the division’s people priorities and talent initiatives, working closely with the global HCM team to influence and deliver a global agenda
    • Work with managers to drive a deep understanding of people, culture and businesses to provide impactful advice and maximize the talent of the firm’s people
    • Support the firm and divisional growth plans, including partnering with other HCM teams to support recruiting, training, retention and mobility processes
    • Manage the EMEA Revenue divisions Talent Advisor team (ca. 12 people)
    • Partner with the Senior Talent Advisor for the Federation Divisions in EMEA, to provide seamless people and HR delivery across the firm

    SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

    • Senior HR experience, ideally in Revenue client facing role
    • Ability to develop strong relationships and establish oneself as credible advisor to the business
    • Skill to influence at all levels including senior divisional and HCM leadership
    • Ability to work in a fast paced global environment and aptitude to understand business, performance and strategy
    • Commitment to flawless execution
    • Demonstrates integrity, sound judgment and discretion
    • Strong people management and leadership skills
    • Strong analytical and technical skills – quantitative, data analysis, and problem solving skills
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
