    Provide co-ordination and technical support of Managed and Executive Office Events anywhere across the London campus. Duties will include (but not limited to) administrative duties associated to the event; liaising with clients and making technical recommendations, speaking with external vendors for equipment or service hire; the setup, operation and breakdown of the events and producing post event reports.


    Working hours are primarily between the core hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm (Mon-Fri) based on a 40-hour week across a number of shifts as required to cover the business.  There may be occasions where you will be required to work outside of these core hours and on some weekends.

    • Setting up, operating and breaking down of Audio Visual equipment
    • Managing AV aspect of presentations for high profile meetings and events
    • Working with both internal and external clients to understand requirements and providing support
    • Support key and strategic firm initiatives and being a stakeholder in the execution
    • Preventative maintenance to all onsite AV equipment
    • Carry out regular troubleshooting to AV equipment
    • Submit tickets as and when any issues occur to allow for continual improvement of service and technologies
    • Compile audits of systems and/or stock levels, keeping all relevant spreadsheets accurate and up to date
    • Managing the teams shared inbox and responding to actions in a timely fashion
    • Put together post event reports for the attention of management
    • Utilise and update the fault ticket system for project work and tracking trends
    • In the event that Business Continuity Planning (BCP) is invoked, MOCC duties may be required to be carried out or additional remote coverage for the impacted region may be needed to ensure minimal impact to the business
    • To carry out any other duties or substitute for any positions as required by your management team or any other senior member of staff



    • A minimum of two (2) years AV related experience within a corporate environment
    • Strong client facing skills with experience working with senior management
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • A good level of computer literacy and understanding of AV equipment
    • Experience of running large multifaceted AV events
    • Must be confident in operating sound and vision desks and have the ability to deal with a high level of complexity events in either a lead or secondary operator, e.g. firmwide town halls, external client meetings, Webcasts, Auditorium, etc
    • Takes ownership when new events or projects arise and accepts accountability for his or her actions
    • Equally capable of working on own initiative and as part of a team
    • Can create positive working relationships with colleagues and clients including senior leadership
    • Effectively coach and provide guidance to others
    • Shows excellent attention to detail and works to the highest standards
    • Able to multi-task
    • Able to demonstrate prioritization, planning, organization and execution skills to ensure smooth running of the operations and the successful completion of technically demanding events and projects
    • Can work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
    • Has a keen sense of urgency
    • Maintains a smart and professional appearance at all times
    • Be proactive in suggesting new methods and techniques to improve efficiency
    • Should also be well organised, flexible and be able to approach different types of tasks during the working day, with a strong desire to achieve results of the highest standard
    • Must be punctual and reliable
    • Be flexible to accommodate the needs of the business
    • Shows a great willingness to learn and be involved in the team operation
    • This role will involve moving and lifting of equipment


    • Fully competent with Microsoft Office software
    • IT hardware knowledge desirable
    • CTS or equivalent qualification advantageous
