Are you interested in helping to design compensation strategies and rewarding employees? We’re looking for a professional to join our Firmwide Compensation (FWC) team in Hong Kong as an analyst.

    The compensation team is responsible for policy design, counseling local management on the firm’s pay strategies and practices, and providing compensation analysis for management.  The work is invariably of a confidential nature and requires a unique combination of skills to deliver workable solutions to a diverse range of issues.  


    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Partner with Divisional HCM to advise or deliver workable solutions to business on compensation issues
    • Assist with structuring lateral hire compensation offers, including calculating the value of forfeited equity
    • Create and run a variety of ad hoc compensation reports, analysis and diagnostics
    • Support the year-end compensation process – including salaries, total compensation and promotion recommendations
    • Prepare functional specifications for regional enhancements to comp system and coordinate roll-out and user acceptance testing
    • Manage other region-specific compensation programs and processes
    • Manage employment related processes for China (e.g. China offer letter, China contract renewal, SRSU cash out)
    • Liaise with Divisional HCM, Tax, Legal, and Controllers on compensation inquiries
    • Work closely with Technology on system enhancements and automation to achieve operational efficiency


    Required Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field
    • Minimum two years related experience
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
    • Knowledge of MS Access, Business Objects and PeopleSoft a plus

    • Flexibility and ability to multi-task
    • Mandarin/Chinese languages is preferred
