    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Partner across teams to improve our data-driven recruiting strategy, including strengthening our global reporting capabilities
    • Work with recruiters globally to ensure transparency, implementation and governance around key programs and policies. This will include serving as a lead on our vendor management efforts globally
    • Help create and drive presentations for global recruiting leadership to leverage with senior stakeholders across the firm. These materials will help guide strategic decision making for global recruiting
    • Become an expert on key recruiting systems and our global recruiting process to act as a global support system for recruiters
    • Take part in strategic project management within recruiting including budget-related projects and implementation of new technology platforms
    • Design, implement, and monitor key controls across the recruiting organization to ensure oversight and accountability within the team
