Do you have the passion to help determine and evaluate financial decisions that impact business decisions? We have an excellent new position available within our Reward function for an Associate in the Human Capital Management (HCM) division.
We’re looking for a detail oriented, highly motivated Associate level professional to join our Vendor Management program. Your role within the Divisional Vendor Management Team (DVMT), will be embedded within Human Capital Management and will focus on empowering the firm to actively manage its vendor population and associated risks.

This role will be part of the Reward Function (part of broader Human Capital Management), specifically focusing on global Benefits & Wellness team and Global Mobility located in Salt Lake City or Bengaluru. More specifically, the Benefits & Wellness team delivers healthcare, retirement, wellness programs, while Global Mobility assists and supports employees when relocating. The breadth of these programs and global footprint of the firm require us to leverage vendors with deep expertise and the ability to handle high risk data. All vendors require appropriate oversight to ensure accuracy of work, adherence with SLAs / KPIs and firm policy. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of regulations that govern this space, be well versed in risk assessments, communicate with vendor technology experts and demonstrate an ability to support HCM counterparts managing risk.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
 Execute divisional vendor management program and procedure set that is aligned to the firmwide program
 Partner with vendor relationship owners and Tech risk to ensure divisional adherence to the firm’s Policy
 Ensure accuracy of vendor profiles in firm systems
 Oversee timely completion of required oversight tasks
 Execute on divisional control processes to ensure that all vendor risks and incidents are identified, logged, and appropriately managed
 Escalate and engage Risk Partners, as needed, on behalf of the division to understand vendor risks
 Report, to divisional leadership on divisional vendor management activities, including outstanding risks
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Procurement and Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

 3-5 years of related work experience, preferably in Vendor Management, Procurement, Contract Administration Project Management. Alternatively, a technology project management background would also be considered.
 Ability to function as part of a team in a fast paced environment that demands energy, creativity, and collaboration
 Understanding of well recognized risk management frameworks and a proven track record of implementation
 Working knowledge of the regulatory landscape and its applicability to the vendor ecosystem
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients
 Highly organized, attention to detail and excellent follow-through required
 Ability to work independently under tight deadlines, as well as ability to drive process improvements
 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
