    The Consumer and Investment Management Division includes Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), Private Wealth Management (PWM) and our Consumer business (Marcus by Goldman Sachs).     This role is for a full time assistant to support a client facing team of approximately 8.  The successful candidate will work alongside 2 existing assistants.   

     Diary management; co-ordinating multiple team members diaries, ensuring all diaries are kept up to date

    • Arranging travel; organising and providing detailed travel schedules
    • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to organise client meetings and full trip agendas
    • Processing expenses and invoices in a timely manner
    • Arranging internal and client meetings on the GS campus - booking of conference rooms and catering, registering guests, ensuring materials organised
    • Adhering to Compliance regulations and gaining the relevant approvals
    • General team admin including photocopying, filing, attendance tracking, and fielding calls
    • Act as an integral member of the team; maintaining a high level of awareness of current priorities and support required
    • Regularly facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and ensures relevant information is disseminated accordingly
    • Involved in team client event organisation
    • Flexibility to support other teams as cover when necessary



    Experience required

    • Solid organisational skills – ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
    • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Hard working strong work ethic with a positive attitude
    • Flexible and reliable
    • Ability to work well under pressure and stay professional in a busy environment
    • Proactive - follow up where necessary without prompting and seek clarification when needed
    • Willingness to help and be part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail
