    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    YOUR IMPACT

     

    We are looking for an analyst in the Italian Fixed Income sales team that is highly driven, results-oriented and has excellent analytical as well as interpersonal skills.

    As a member of the sales team, your role will involve providing coverage to Italian institutional clients on a broad range of fixed income products in a team that is highly entrepreneurial in nature.

     

    HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

     

    • Assist in developing our client footprint in Italy and strengthening existing client relationships
    • Partner with traders and strategists to deliver content and trade ideas to our clients, in line with their strategy and risk appetite
    • Support the client franchise by assisting in trade executions  and managing the workflow
    • Pricing and structuring interest rate transactions, both plain vanilla and complex exotic solution trades.
    • Assist the team in serving our clients’ needs at the highest standards, leveraging GS strengths

     

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    Preferred Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineer or related fields
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
    • Highly organized, strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
    • Ability to work in fast paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders
    • Languages: Italian, English. Fluency in Greek or Spanish does help.
    • Previous internships/experience in finance or a market related role is preferred
