Securities Division Change Management team is seeking a professional who is looking to collaborate with an ever changing cadre of stakeholders to deliver projects ranging from strategic to regulatory and from stability ensuring to revenue generating. You will not only utilize but be able to evolve some of the latest data visualization technologies and business analysis tools while driving projects to completion on time, on budget, with quality, and high customer satisfaction.
The Securities Division Change Management team provides project management services to Operations globally. Working collaboratively with business unit teams, SDO Change leverages cross-project, operations-wide experience to take a consistent and holistic approach in managing various programs, projects and initiatives.
JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting user requirements, reengineering business processes, liaising with Technology to design and approve solutions, resolving project issues across multiple stakeholder groups, coordinate user acceptance testing, including creation of test scripts and plans and produce any required plans to successfully transition new systems and processes into the operating environment. A proven track record in delivering projects through the full development lifecycle is essential, as well as a commercial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving ability and a desire to deliver quantifiable benefits to a fast paced organisation. Whilst many projects are focused on the local regional offices, the role requires strong partnership with our projects team in London, Bangalore and New York to ensure we produce globally consistent solutions to shared issues and opportunities across the organization.
