Job Summary & Responsibilities


The Synthetic Products Group (SPG) provides tailored market access and financing solutions for hedge funds and institutional investors.


The Synthetic Equity Distribution and Structuring team is responsible for the structuring, marketing and distribution of the firm’s synthetic content, financing solutions and execution platforms to the broader client base. The role involves:

  • Preparation of marketing materials and support for the Sales and Distribution teams. 
  • Transaction execution and delivery of structured solutions to meet client needs
  • Working with Trading and Engineering teams on the implementation of synthetic execution platforms, initiatives and trade structures
  • Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders across divisions and regions.

Basic Qualifications


We are interested in applicants who possess skills in the following areas:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or post-graduate qualification with an excellent academic record
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Self-starter & entrepreneurial
  • High attention to detail with ability to multi-task & work under pressure
  • Proficiency in multiple languages an advantage
