YOUR IMPACT

Are you interested in real estate? We are looking for a professional to join our Realty Management Department (RMD) team who wants to utilize your analytical skills to proactively manage the Firm's real estate related portfolio in Asia.

Our work is divided across hospitality, loan asset management, real estate credit investing, portfolio management, real estate asset management and residential mortgage asset management. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

Realty Management Division(RMD) manages real estate and loan assets across the Asia Pacific. RMD's members are across Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney, Beijing and Mumbai. We are a team of professionals working closely with the business to underwrite, close, and manage distressed real estate and loan assets as well as work on the financing of the deals.

 

As an analyst / associate in the Portfolio team, this position will report to the leader of the Portfolio team and main responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Provide analytical support to our Real Estate investment and asset management team for the APAC region
  • Manage relationship with Operating Partners in select joint ventures
  • Prepare quarterly asset and equity valuations for internal and external reporting
  • Manage on-going debt related activities
  • Manage lender relationship (e.g., covenant analysis, reserve and draw funding, recourse exposure and reporting)
  • Determine hold/ sell and recapitalization to maximize returns -Provide services including fund and investor reporting, debt compliance, performance measurement , investment structuring and cash management

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in relevant industry
  • Business level in English reading/written skills
  • Native level in Japanese reading/written skills
  • Logical thinking and well organized with good project management skills
