Fixed Income is seeking to add a highly motivated professional to its product management team. The Global Fixed Income Product Management Team is focused on the strategic development, growth and positioning of our fixed income product offerings. The product management function is integrated with the portfolio management team and is focused on enabling distribution channels to win and retain fixed income clients through regular communications, strategy updates, and marketing initiatives. The product management team works closely with portfolio management to communicate product offerings, portfolio positioning, and current market environment to each distribution channel.

 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Develop Product Knowledge - gain understanding of Fixed Income & Currency markets across: Liquidity Solutions, Global Multi-Sector, Corporate Credit and Emerging Market Debt
  • Client Reporting - Take responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of client portfolio reviews and reports
  • Marketing: assist in the writing of market reviews, performance commentary and market outlook for fixed income and currency products as well as updating of all marketing materials including bluebooks and strategy profiles.
  • Sales Support - act as liaison between distribution channels and portfolio managers; assist in responding to queries from sales
  • Desk Support assist portfolio managers on desk tasks, analysis and projects
  • Business Development - Participate in the construction of marketing materials, new business pitches, and bespoke client studies. Assist in preparation of Request for Proposals.
  • Project Management - work on various team-related strategic projects (e.g., product development, campaign initiatives, IT systems)

  • Educated to degree level
  • Strong Interest in financial markets and preferably experience in Fixed Income
  • Strong technology skills
  • Highly skilled analytically and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Word proficiency
  • Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
