THE ROLE OF DESIGN ON OUR TEAM
Designers on our team have tremendous responsibility in shaping the team's strategic vision. We are ruthlessly focused on our customers, their needs, and our opportunity to provide a better experience for them. Design is responsible for understanding, communicating user needs and reframing them into design solutions that improve our product ecosystem. Design collaborates with developers and product managers, as well as members of other teams across sales, trading, marketing and legal to bring exceptional user experiences to life. As a team, we transform large-scale, complex problems into intuitive, simple, and impactful products. Our designers must know the importance of building and maintaining standards through a scalable design system and be confident in defending design choices.
THE ROLE: YOUR IMPACT
You have a strong reputation delivering world-class user experiences and working on a multi-disciplinary team to bring them to life, contributing to the creative future of our products. You are peers with the ambitious and talented team of designers to ship game-changing products with our product managers and technologists, while focusing on skill-building, pushing the boundaries of design, collaboration and growth. As a creative and designer, you'll understand the needs of users and reframe them into delightful experiences for our customers, with a keen attention to detail and curiosity.
You are a multi faced designer who has several areas of design, and have experience in user-centered interface design, UX and/or visual design, and have ideally launched product into the world (web, mobile, app, email, and informing advertising, out of home, web, print, DM, and/or social). You are well versed in the end-to-end experience design process, bringing a curiosity for industry best practices, ability to hunt down the latest advancements in trends, emerging patterns, and their applicability to our products. You work best when you are working with a team on cracking complex problems and crafting them into elegantly simple, intuitive designs with an eye for the detail.
